Senior Lecturer, Program Leader BSc (Hons) Business Management Pathway with Foundation/ Program Leader BSc (Hons) Retail Management with Foundation/ Program Leader BA (Hons) Accountancy with Foundation, Institute of Management, University of Bolton Before becoming a tutor in the Institute of Management, I was the principle of an Accountancy and Consultancy company operating in the North West of England. During a 28 year career in industry, I was engaged in almost all aspects of corporate operation.



As an advisor and board member I advised organisations on restructuring, planning and operational management. It is this experience alongside my theoretical knowledge, which informs my teaching and enables me to contextualise the theory in the practices and situations faced in industry and beyond. I hold a number of professional body memberships: I am a Senior Fellow of Advance HE, and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute as well as being a Member of The British Academy of Management.
