With over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, Training and Development, recruitment and selection and performance management and personal and Business project management experience in the financial sector.
Teaching all areas of Human Resource Management across both undergraduate and postgraduate provision. With Research interests in Behaviour-based recruitment and performance management, the future of work and adaptive capacity of organisations and staff.
